Morning and evening (AM/PM). Apply to wet face and gently massage into the skin with a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly.

Turn the actuator counter-clockwise to unlock the valve. Gently press down on the actuator a few times to release the product. After use, turn the actuator clockwise until you hear a “click” to close.
