Prices are as stated on our website. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will be reflected in the online store.
The price for the goods (including, where applicable, any delivery charges) is as set out in the order confirmation.
You must pay in full for the goods (including any applicable delivery charges) at the time of placing your order.
Placing an order:

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations:
Returns and exchanges are allowed, but can only be done at the The Lupo Center for Aesthetic and General Dermatology office. Product(s) must be unopened and the original sales receipt is required in order to exchange or return the product(s) for a refund. Returns are also accepted if there is a reaction to the product(s). The product(s) will be sent back to the vendor and a refund will be issued when a replacement product(s) is received. In order to cancel an order, you should contact us immediately. The cancellation must take place before the product(s) is shipped. Once the product(s) is shipped, the product(s) can be returned according to the terms above.
